Once an order has been handed over to the courier, ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer. Clean Earth Project is not responsible for delays or losses caused by third-party courier services.

Clean Earth Project uses Shopify to operate this online store. All purchases made through this website are transactions solely between you and Clean Earth Project. Shopify is not responsible for any products sold or services provided through our store.
You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims arising from transactions made with Clean Earth Project.
